Visual Resources, Photographic Reproductions
The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation Photographic Services Department provides
reproduction services for patrons of the John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Library.
Traditional film processing has been phased out and reproductions are provided
in digital format only. These services are available for personal and publication
use.
- Publication Use: All material in the collection is copyrighted and
must have a release for use in publications, exhibitions, web features, broadcasts
and films. Please see the Permission
Forms section for instructions.
- Personal Use: Requests for reproductions for personal and study use
may be placed using the Reproduction Request
form.
All orders are normally processed within three weeks from the date the order
is received in Photographic Services. However, photographic and reproduction
work required for internal foundation needs have priority over outside orders.
Any copying or duplication is limited to material in our collections. Photography
of items in the collection by patrons is prohibited.
Ordering Information
Requests for Photographic Services can be submitted in person or by letter,
phone, or fax. Payment must be by check in advance.
The minimum order is $10.00 plus a minimum shipping charge of $6.00 for a
minimum job total of $16.00.
