Fees listed include the cost of obtaining a reproduction, except
for the scholarly rates. A reproduction fee will be added to the scholarly
licensing fee.
Turnaround time is two weeks. Rush service is available for a surcharge
of $30.00 per image.
Volume discounts may apply for use of more than five images in one
publication.
Cropping or overprinting requires curatorial permission.
Fees may be waived or reduced at the request of one of our curators
or historians
Fees will be waived for institutions exhibiting the work in question
Students and faculty of the College of William & Mary will be charged
reproduction fees only
Reproduction rights are not transferable. Images are to be use only
for the purpose listed on the licensing agreement. Any different use constitutes
re-use and must be applied for in writing subject to applicable fees.
Unauthorized use of an image will result in a fee three times the
normal fee for such usage.
